What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request and is subject to availability—just message the resort ahead of your stay.

How do I confirm my reservation?

Submit the booking form with your dates, room type, and contact details. Once we confirm availability, the next step reveals our GCash and Bank Transfer instructions. After you upload your payment proof, we email you a downloadable booking slip to present on arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

For now we accept manual payments only via GCash and bank transfer (BDO/BPI). Account details are shown on the secure payment step after your dates are confirmed, never published publicly.

Is the resort kid-friendly and family-friendly?

Yes. We host plenty of family weekends and reunions. The pool, beach access, and family-sized rooms and villas (up to 8 bedrooms) make us a comfortable fit for groups of all ages. Parental supervision is required at the pool and beach.

Are pets allowed?

For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed inside the rooms or villas. If you are travelling with a service animal, please message us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all confirmed guests. Just present your booking slip at the gate on arrival.

What should I bring?

Pack light beach wear, swimwear, sunblock, a change of clothes, slippers, personal toiletries, any prescribed medication, and a valid ID. Linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided in every room and villa.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date—we will refund any payment in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, message us via WhatsApp or email and reference your booking name and dates.

Question 9

What happens if there is a typhoon or bad weather?

If a Typhoon Signal No. 2 or higher is raised over Batangas on or around your check-in date, we offer free rebooking to any available date within the next six months at no extra cost. Just message us as soon as the warning is announced.
