Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your booking to feel secure. This policy explains when a cancellation is eligible for a refund and how weather-related rebooking works.

Free cancellation window

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. If you cancel within this window, we refund any payment you have made in full.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your check-in date, and no-shows, are non-refundable. This allows us to hold your room and turn away other requests for those dates.

How to request a cancellation or refund

To cancel or request a refund, message us via WhatsApp or email and reference your booking name and dates. We confirm every cancellation in writing. Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Typhoon & bad-weather rebooking

If a Typhoon Signal No. 2 or higher is raised over Batangas on or around your check-in date, we offer free rebooking to any available date within the next six months at no extra cost. Just message us as soon as the warning is announced.

Deposits

For rooms and villas that require a 50% deposit, the deposit follows the same cancellation windows above. Any refund due is calculated on the amount actually paid.
