This website, laluzbeachresort.site, is the official booking website owned and operated by La Luz Beach Resort in Hugom, San Juan, Batangas, Philippines. All reservations made here are fulfilled directly by the resort.

Submitting the booking form is a reservation request. Your booking is confirmed only after we verify availability and receive your payment (or required deposit). Once confirmed, we email you a downloadable booking slip to present on arrival.

All room rates, package prices, promotions, and any applicable deposit are shown clearly before you pay. Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The total payable and any balance due at check-in are displayed during the booking process — there are no hidden charges.

We accept secure online card payments through our payment partners (Paystack and Flutterwave) and manual payments via GCash and bank transfer. For selected rooms and villas, a 50% deposit secures your booking with the remaining 50% payable on check-in; this is shown clearly at the time of booking.

Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff. Parental supervision is required at the pool and beach. The resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings, and guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Cancellations, refunds, and weather-related rebooking are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
